Our nine historic homes on Lake Place, dedicated to Graduate students and Post-Docs, offer twenty-two apartments. Spacious and charming living spaces await you!

Located across from Yale's magestic Payne Whitney Gymnasium, these homes are very close to The Yale Law School, Beineke / SML libraries, and the Broadway Shopping District. Off-street parking is available for $70/month. A laundry room, with four washers and four dryers connected to the internet, is accessible at a nearby building. Tenants are responsible for their own heat (gas), hot water, and electricity.

Pets are allowed in these Lake Place houses for an additional fee, subject to landlord approval and a separate contract.
